Hi, I’m Kylie Reisman.
I’m a Behavior Science Consultant specializing in habit change, fitness consistency, and the psychology of building routines that truly last.
My path into this work began long before Rise by Reisman existed. After earning my master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis and spending years working with children with severe autism, I developed a deep appreciation for the way our environments, our systems, and our patterns shape who we become. The more I worked in ABA - and the more I taught fitness and Pilates - the clearer it became: people aren’t lacking motivation… they’re lacking support, structure, and systems that work with their behavior, not against it.
I started to see the same themes in every client, every class, every conversation. The frustration of starting over. The exhaustion of relying on willpower. The desire to change without knowing how to make change actually stick.
And somewhere in the overlap of psychology, movement, and human connection - I found my purpose.
My passion has always lived at the intersection of evidence-based behavioral science, personal growth, and helping people rise into a version of themselves they feel proud of. That’s what led me here.
